TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All quotations are valid for 30 days Fitment of R/O systems carry a 12 month warranty provided all disinfections are carried out every 30 days after fitment Failure to carry out disinfection on R/O systems and loop lines with Dialysis Water Treatment will result to all warranties being null and void A 75% deposit is required for new fitment of R/O systems and the balance of 25% to be paid no later than 7 working days after completion Warranty does not cover Reverse Osmosis membranes, seals, hoses, filters or consumables which require replacement through normal wear and tear. Terms of payment strictly 30 days from invoice. If no account held with Dialysis Water Treatment (Pty) Ltd, the Terms are strictly C.O.D payment due on presentation of invoice. Failure for payment on time will result in no guarantee. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at standard bank rates. Hours worked are rounded off to the nearest half hour. All spares installed remain the property of Dialysis Water Treatment (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full during normal operating hours: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. Dialysis Water Treatment (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for spares supplied by the customer, if they have not come directly from DWT stores and are non-genuine spares. Service charges and conditions subject to change without notice. 75% deposit is required for new fitment.
DWT, its directors or employees, shall under no circumstances be responsible directly or indirectly for any damage to the Customer’s equipment or adjacent property nor for any injury to persons. In no-event shall DWT, owner or employees be held liable for special or consequential circumstances. Customer acknowledges to have insurance on public liability for any injury. Bacteria to be taken by clinic to a certified Lab for results on monthly basis ( every 30days) All chemical tests to be performed on site by staff members daily and logged. RO/Portable to be sterilized every 25/30 days or no guarantee is taken if such incident had to happen. Water quality/chlorine checks to be done before patient connected and if not within the limits to notify DWT immediately. DWT will not be responsible for patient injury. A full water analysis from certified Lab is to be taken every 3 months including the conductivity and chemistry.
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
TERMS OF WARRANTY: DWT, certify that goods supplied by ourselves are guaranteed from the date of delivery for the periods stipulated below, against faulty parts and/ or defective workmanship, fair wear and tear accepted. Any such faults will be rectified free of charge by DWT or its duly appointed agents, within the terms stipulated and on the production of proof that the defect has occurred within the warranty period.WARRANTY PERIOD: All mechanical parts of the machine are covered for a period of six (6) months. All electrical and related components are covered for period of three (3) months.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Membranes, Oil Seals, hoses, filters or consumables which require replacement through normal wear or usage. Municipal water quality varies day to day there for no guarantee on any filter/membrane.
FAULTS, DEFECTS, DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS ARISING FROM: Incapability of the operator, or non-observance of the instructions for Use. Failure to carry out recommended routine maintenance once in every 30 days. Repairs or adjustments carried out by persons not duly authorised by DWT. The use or non-original, or non-recommended spare parts or lubrication. High water pressures from Municipal water mains.TRAVELLING AND LABOUR CHARGES: Replacement parts will be supplied free of charge in terms of the above Warranty.
VALIDATION OF WARRANTY: The Warranty Period will be deemed to be in effect on receipt of the goods upon signature of the delivery note and supported at Acceptance of commissioning. No change will be accepted to the above Terms unless agreed to prior to delivery in writing. A pre-delivery inspection is carried out on all products prior to despatch and should there be any damage, defects or items missing, DWT must be notified in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Dialysis Water Treatment, its directors or employees shall under no circumstances be responsible directly or indirectly for any damage to the Customers equipment or adjacent property nor for any injury to persons. In no event shall Dialysis Water Treatment, its owners or employees be held liable for special or consequential circumstances. Dialysis Water Treatment and/or its Landlords shall not be liable for any injury inside/outside its clinics, and/or within the confines of the Building/Hospital arising from any cause whatsoever. Such injury includes, but not restricted to, failure to comply with order/advise from clinic staff or Doctor. All patients must be accompanied by a family member or other responsible person to and from treatments.
